**  EASTER SCHEDULE **

Join us Sunday, March 31st as we gather to celebrate our Savior, King Jesus and his triumphant victory over death and the grave. We would love for you, your family, your neighbors, and your friends to join us as we worship with grateful hearts. We will gather at 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. (our normal times) and there will be an Easter Egg hunt out back after each gathering for our precious little ones. We will also have a staged area setup for families to take pictures if you would like to do so. We look forward to celebrating with you, if you have any questions you can reach us at info@lifewaterchurch.com.

Mission and Vision

MISSION

The mission of Lifewater Church is to lead others to know and follow Jesus in the everyday stuff of life.

Everything we do will be filtered through this mission statement, which is based on two teachings of Jesus:

“Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?” And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets.”-Great Commandment (Matthew 22:36-40)

And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
-Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20)

VISION

We hope to see the Good News of the Gospel transform every life in Northwest Louisiana. God's vision is to see the knowledge of the glory of the Lord cover the earth as the waters cover the sea (Habakkuk 2:14). Jesus is the glory of God, and He is the means by which anyone comes to truly know God. And Jesus in us is the hope of glory (Colossians 1:27). People see the glory of God when Jesus comes into our lives, changes us, and works through us. It is our hope that Lifewater Church might accept the role of equipping God's people to realize they are the church; sent into the everyday stuff of life so God might fill every place with His glory through His people.

Therefore, our vision is that God would use the Lifewater family to display His image in such a way that every person in our community might have a daily encounter with Jesus, both in word and deed.
